Introduction
Main Composition and Content:
The vaccine contains inactivated transmissible gastroenteritis virus and porcine epidemic diarrhea virus.
Character:
Pink uniform suspension. After standing, the upper layer is red clarified liquid, the lower layer is light gray precipitate, and after shaking, it becomes a uniform suspension.
Function:
It is used to prevent transmissible gastroenteritis and porcine epidemic diarrhea. It is mainly used for inoculation of pregnant sows, so that their piglets can obtain passive immunity. It is also used for active immune protection of pigs of different ages. Immunity is generated 14 days after active immunization and lasts for 6 months. The passive immunity period of piglets is from lactation to 7 days after weaning.
Usage and Dosage:
Houhai acupoint (that is, the small pit between the tail root and the anus) injection. The injection depth of the vaccine was 0.5 ~ 4cm according to the size of the pig and 0.5cm for the 3-day-old piglets, and the injection depth increased with the increase of the age of the pig, and the injection depth was 4cm for the adult pig, and the injection was kept parallel to the rectum or slightly higher. Pregnant sows were injected with 4ml vaccine 20 to 30 days before giving birth. The piglets were injected with 1ml within 7 days after weaning: 1ml for each piglet weighing less than 25kg; 25~50kg bred pig 2ml; 50kg or more adult pigs are 4ml.
Precautions:
(1) Vaccines should be protected from high temperatures and sunlight during transportation, and should be fully shaken before immunization.
(2) Appropriate assurance should be carried out when vaccinating pregnant sows to avoid causing mechanical abortion.
Storage
Stored at 4 ~ 8ºC, valid for 12 months.
