Shangqiu Melan Bio-engineering Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise group engaged in R&D, production, sales and service of animal health products, with one research institute and three pharmaceutical industrial parks, covering a total area of more than 500 acres, 48 GMP production lines, and more than 200 kinds of products in 3 major sections, including biological vaccines, pharmaceutical preparations and feed additives.

Melan Group has more than 40 production lines; the product dosage forms cover veterinary biological products: live embryo-cultured virus vaccine, live cell suspension-cultured virus vaccine, live swine fever vaccine (rabbit source), inactivated embryo-cultured virus vaccine, inactivated cell-cultured virus vaccine, inactivated bacterial vaccine (including bacterial culture subunit vaccine), inactivated cell-suspension-cultured viral vaccine, and egg yolk antibody; and veterinary drug preparations: granules (including traditional Chinese medicine), large and small volume injections (including traditional Chinese medicine), and extracts (including Chinese medicine). Veterinary pharmaceutical preparations: granules (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), small and large volume injections (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), small volume injections (including hormones), oral solution (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), powder premix, powder injection, tablets (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), uterus/mammary injections (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), sterilizers (solids/liquids) and so on.

Melan Group Biomedical Industrial Park (Shuangfeng Road)

Located in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Zhecheng, Henan Province, it covers an area of more than 100 acres. The park currently has a cluster of high-standard modern factory buildings. The park is equipped with advanced animal drug production lines in the industry, and has built powder premixing workshop, dispersing workshop, traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop, water injection workshop, oral liquid workshop, disinfectant workshop, etc., which can meet the needs of customers for various dosage forms. The Quality Inspection Department is equipped with various high-precision laboratory equipments, such as high-efficiency liquid chromatograph, ultraviolet analyzer, sterile laboratory, etc., to ensure the product quality monitoring in the production process. 

Melan Group Bioengineering Industrial Park

Established in 2013, the park covers an area of more than 60 mu and is located in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Zhecheng, Henan Province. The park is equipped with veterinary biological products production workshop, quality inspection center, experimental animal house and office building.

Melan Group Biomedical Industrial Park (Danyang Avenue)

Located in the north section of Danyang Avenue in the East District of Zhecheng County Industrial Cluster, it covers an area of about 200 mu, with a total construction area of 80,000 ㎡, constructing office buildings, standardized workshops, R&D and QC centers, warehouses, and fully-automated intelligent veterinary drug production lines. The third phase of the pharmaceutical industrial park has passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Agriculture, and it is the first batch of enterprises in Henan Province to pass the new version of veterinary drug GMP.

Melan Group Enterprise Technology Center

The laboratory area is 5,500 square meters and the laboratory animal center is 9,000 square meters, which consists of office area, public laboratory, functional laboratory and laboratory animal center. The Technology Center has more than 1000 sets of complete test and pilot equipment, which can effectively guarantee the smooth development of scientific research projects and the transformation of results. The main equipments include fermentation tanks, vacuum freeze dryers, high-pressure homogenizers, automatic Yongting titrators, PCR instruments, gel imaging systems, standard headspace autosamplers, inverted fluorescence microscopes, solid-phase extraction columns, 10,000-minute precision analytical balances, ultrapure water preparation machines, high-speed freezing centrifuges, and ultra-pure water preparation machines. The center is responsible for the development of technological innovation strategy and the development of the enterprise's technology innovation strategy and the development of the enterprise's technological innovation strategy. Social Activities

1. In July 2021, the Company donated materials to the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau of Fengquan District, Xinxiang City for flood control and disaster relief.

2、Donated materials in December 2021 to help livestock and poultry disinfection and epidemic prevention after the disaster in Henan.

3、Donating materials to Henan College of Pastoral Economics in May, 2022 to fight against the epidemic work of Xinguang Pneumonia.

4、August 2023 donated 5 tons of sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder disinfectant to Zhuozhou city to help Zhuozhou with practical action and escort the health and safety of the people in the disaster area.
